Return and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we DO NOT accept returns unless there is a defect with the product (exemptions can still apply).
In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.
If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.
If you are unhappy with the product you received or product doesn’t live up to your expectations, please email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your concerns. We will be happy to assist you there.
If for any reason you are not happy with the size of the garment, we will provide a one-time replacement either one size up or one size down from the original order.
- Customer shall shoulder the cost of shipping back the shirt(s). Return via First Class Mail or any lowest cost possible.
- Once item has been received and inspected, customer will be notified via email by one of our representatives. You need to provide your order number and the new size or color you want to exchange for.
- NO Exchange for non-garment products, unless damaged or defective.
- If you bought the item by mistake, please email support at email@example.com. Most of the time you will be granted an exchange but you shall shoulder the cost shipping back the item and shipping for the new one.
Whoops! We’ve all been there. You want to change how many shirts you are ordering, update a size or cancel the order all together. No worries, we have you covered.
Once an order has been submitted to us, it is held for 24 hours. If changes need to be made to the order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know :
- Name and email on the order.
- Order number.
- The changes that need to be made.
If for some reason you have not made the 24 hour hold deadline, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you take care of it.
During off-peak months orders are processed within 5-6 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal months, orders are processed within 9-12 business days and ready for shipping. Shipping is out of our control, but generally takes 2-3 days.
